Ejigbo; The Home Town of APC Candidate Stands Still for PDP’s Adeleke

The campaign train of the PDP candidate in the July 8 Senatorial by-election arrived at Ejigbo the home town of Hussein, the APC candidate. The massive turn out speaks volume of the acceptability of the PDP in the bstae. SECURITY MONITOR gathers that people turn out in their hundred shanting anti APC songs with a vow to vote out the ruling party in the state.

“A se egbe yin mo, egbe ti e se se se, ti e pa oga wa, A se egbe yin mo” This was a popular song being chorus by multitude of Ejigbo residence. The song which was being sang in Yoruba means “we are not bdoing your party again, we were in your party and you killed our leader. We are not doing your party again”

The aspirant, Ademola Adeleke however promises to give the residence of the area a quality representation that will uplift the socio economic and political situation of the state.
