He described life’s experience as a series of battles that does not always favour the smartest and urged the Union yo always hope in God.
He urged them to developed problems solving skills especially in income generation and assured that issues of uncompleted projects within the hospital premises will be addressed.
He warned against indolence and indiscipline particularly staff who combine commercial activities with their duty within the working hours.
The CMD also promised to map out strategies for positive reinforcement of staff with outstanding performance
The CMD should also ensure the Nurses are educated properly on how to relate well with the public. The HOD nursing related with a person one in my presence which left much to be desired and disappointing. The woman wasn’t paying attention and was still moving. In an attempt by the person to follow up,the woman told the person that she was distancing him intentionally and should he be coming close. This is too bad in an institution where complaints are supposed to be attended to.
