Kogi Declares Monday as Public Holiday to Mark Buhari’s Arrival
Kogi State Government has declared tomorrow the 21st of August as public holiday.
The Secretary to the State Government, Mrs Ayoade Folashade, who stated this while speaking with news in Lokoja said the directive is from Governor Yahaya Bello to mark the arrival of President Muhammad Buhari who arrived safely yesterday after his medical vacation.
Mrs Ayoade said there will also be a road walk which will be led by the Governor of the state and urged participants to coverage at the government house.
The SSG expressed appreciation to the people of the for their prayers towards the recovery of the president.
She however advised those who are scheduled for an interview at the Ministry of Works to converge at the Holy Trinity School for the exercise
