Work For All APC Flagbearers From PMB Down To Assemblies, Rt. Hon. Imam Directs ISM
The former Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly and Member Representing Lokoja I State Constituency, Rt.Hon. Umar Ahmed Imam today directed members of the Imam Support Movement (ISM) to work for all the Flagbearers of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2019 elections.
He gave the directive today, Saturday, 20th October, 2018 at his GRA home when the executive members of the Movement, led by its Vice Chairperson, Mrs. Alabi Joy, visited to debrief him of their movements so far.
He said “As a loyal Party man and a major stakeholder in the APC, all hands must be on deck to ensure the Party wins all elections in 2019 from the Presidential election down to the Assembly elections and the Governorship election which comes up much later in 2019”.
He charged the Movement to see all the candidates for the various elective positions as their candidates and do everything within its power to ensure their success, adding that the Party’s success will further provide the much needed dividend of democracy to the Nigerian populace.
Earlier, the Vice Chairperson, Mrs. Alabi Joy while debriefing the Principal, Rt. Hon. Umar Ahmed Imam of their movements to the various stakeholders, assured him of their unflinching loyalty for all he stand for. She further informed him that the membership of the Movement is expanding by the day to other LGAs in Kogi State because of his personality, hence, their resolve to remain committed to the Imamism ideals.
