Residents Raise Alarm As Tanker Loaded with Fuel Falls in Ikorodu
By Dare Eluku// Emmagency workers are on red alert in Ikorodu area of Lagos State as a truck loaded with premium spirit, also known as Petrol fell on the newly constructed road in Ladegboye area of Itamaga/Ijede road of Ikorodu.

The incident happened earlier this Friday morning as preparation we’re on top gear to commission the road project which was reconstructed by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
As at 10am, the truck is still there, causing fear, panic and heavy traffic gridlock as security agencies and LASMA condone out the area.
SECURITY MONITOR gathers that residents of the area are of the fear of fire outbreak which may be occassioned by the leakages or spilling of the contents. They thereby appeal to appropriate authority to hasten thing up and evacuate the truck before it caused an avoidable tragedy.
