2023: Tinubu's Group Continues Mobilization, Visits Senator Ashiru in Kwara

Kwara Agenda for Asiwaju (KWAGA),a political group working for the actualisation of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s presidency in the 2023 presidential election visited Senator Oyelola Ashiru representing Kwara south to express solidarity for his re-election for second term .The State

Coordinator,Hon.Ynka Yusuf Erubu who led the group on the solidarity visit pledge total support of the group for his second term and opined that Tinubu’s presidency will boost his re-election as Kwara south senator.He further stated the group’s projects are campaign billboards,banners and posters with portrait and message to elect Tinubu as President,Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq as Governor and Ashiru as Kwara South senator across major roads in Kwara south senatorial district.He equally want the group integrated into the state and his senatorial campaign committees.
The Group Kwara south coordinator,Hon Olanrewaju Aperun, who spoke on behalf of seven Local Government Cordinators stressed the need for incumbent senator to work harder and deliver more dividends of democracy to his constituents.

The State Publicity secretary,Mr Lukman Afolabi ,in his contribution wants the Kwara State Governor,Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq,to work on the unity of All Progressives Congress (APC) in kwara state to ease his re-election as the group pledge their unflinching loyalty to the party.The highlight of the visit was the presentation of KWAGA cap to the Senator by the State Cordinator.

Senator Oyelola Ashiru in his response said his constituency projects are spread across the seven Local Government and promise more projects are still being facilitated as the nation’s budget is still being implemented.He uses the occasion to affirm that APC as a party still holds the ace in Kwara State especially in Kwara south.He further advised the group to work more on the polling booths and the grassroot.
