Why Tinubu Should Reach Out to Genuine Hausa Leaders in Lagos’, -Alhaji Ado Dansudu
The National President of Arewa United Consolitative Forum, and also National Vice Chairman Arewa Youth Development Association of Nigeria, Alhaji Ado Shuaibu Dansudu, has express his concern over religion crises and tribal sentiment in Nigeria.
In a recent interview with ‘Wale Abydeen, Shola Akinyele and Sesan Awobiye in his Ikeja Lagos office, Alhaji Dansudu advises Nigerians to vote in good leader – who is ready to serve people with his honest state of minds, and integrate Nigeria irrespective of tribes and religion.
The Arewa leader said he did not believe in sentiment, whether you are a Muslim/Christian the unity of this country should be our major concern.
He noted that Nigerians who are fighting in cause of religion or tribe dichotomy are given their self headeche. This is because all these political leaders are eaten, winning and dinning together in a table. “It means we are all fool.”
“Even, when Prophet Mohamed (SAW) was born according to the history, he was identified by Christian. So I don’t know why Muslim-Muslim ticket or Christian-Christian ticket will distabilized the unity of this country. All we need is a Leader who can fixed the issues confronting this nation.”
Speaking on the way forward, the famous Lagos based entrepreneur urges Nigerians to do away with religion sentiment and vote for competency in the forthcoming general elections in 2023.
He warnes the religion leaders, scholars in the country to stay away from politics, not to use their selfish interest to divide the unity of Nigeria.”
Dansudu added that if truly we love and want our dear county to develop. We should not instigate each other; let’s seat at the round-table to trash out issues concerning the peace and unity of this country.
On his role as a leader of Arewa community in the whole south West – the Kano born prince hints that Arewa community has been sentitizing his people on who to vote for in general elections come 2023.
According to him, “My favorite candidate have not contacted me directly” Dansudu urges the APC Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos state to open their doors for the real Arewa Leaders who has the good voice to speak with their people as Ambassador of Northerners in Lagos. “Because our people in the North have been asking us about Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and entire Yorubas on their stand in the forthcoming election.
On Okada ban in some part of Lagos and how it brews up tribal sentiment. Alhaji Dansudu stated Governor Sanwo-Olu is even be fair to Youths riding motorcycles. He added that some states in the North have totally banned motorcycle operations. But Lagos only banned Okada riders in some selected areas, and not only on Northern riders.
“Asiwaju need to meet the right Arewa Leaders, dignitaries, traditionalist in Lagos. He should relates with them directly and not sending selfish aclaimed Arewa leaders.
Alhaji Dansudu stated that unity among Arewa community in Lagos is shaking; noting, many issues are yet to be resolved between the traditional leaders.
The state government should bring them back together in unity. However, no governor elected in Lagos State, without the votes of Northerners, the record is there….
