SHEIKH ABDUL MAJEED IMRAN ELEHA URGES FAITHFULNESS IN MARKETING SCALES

By Olayiwola Ibrahim // Renowned Nigerian Islamic Scholar, Preacher, and Educator, Sheikh Abdul Majeed Imran Eleha, has called for a change in marketing practices, emphasizing the importance of honesty and fairness.
During his weekly Sunday Halqo, a gathering aimed at educating Muslims on Islamic values and the will of Allah and His Prophet Muhammad S.A.W., Sheikh Imran stressed that scale reduction is contrary to Allah’s will.
He cited Quran 11:84, which warns against giving short measure or weight, depriving people of their rights, and spreading corruption.
The scale in the Quran is a metaphorical scale of justice, emphasizing fairness and honesty in dealings.
Sheikh Imran explained that Allah commands Muslims to worship Him alone, give full measure and weight, and avoid corruption.
He urged governments, company owners, and individuals to be proactive and faithful in production, sales, and oil marketing.
Sheikh Imran emphasized the need for honesty and transparency in all transactions.
In conclusion, Sheikh Imran invited all Muslims to prepare for the upcoming Yearly Conference of Daaru Na’im School of Science and Sharia Studies, scheduled for December 25, 2024, and January 1-2, 2025.
