Go For Biometric Data Capturing’ Kogi NUT Chair Urges Teachers
Primary School teachers across the twenty one Local Government Areas of Kogi State have been urged to make themselves available for the biometric data capturing initiated by the state government.
The State Chairman of the Nigerian Union of Teachers (NUT), Comrade Thomas Ayodele, made the appeal while speaking with newsmen in Lokoja.
Comrade Ayodele said the excercise which will last for three weeks will take place at the Local Government Secretariat across the state.
According to him, the fallout from the past screening excercise particularly those who have presented their original certificate will be captured and commended Governor Yahaya Bello for reconsidering them.
He disclosed that the state executive council of the union has delibrated over the directive of the Governor for the commencement of the excercise assuring that the procedure will not be cumbersome.
