Air Commodore Irobuisi's Wife Detains Over Attack On NAF Officer

A military teacher with the Air force secondary school, Air force base, Port Harcourt, yesterday escaped being butchered by whiskers when a mother of his pupil identified as Mrs Irobuisi attacked him with a machete.

Mrs Irobuisi is the wife of Air Commodore C.C Irobuisi, deputy director, Safety at the Defense Headquarters, Abuja.

According to reports, the victim had taken disciplinary action against Mrs Irobuisi’s daughter by flogging her. However, when the mother was informed, she drove down to the Air force Secondary School with a hidden cutlass which she used on the teacher’s face while discussing with him.

The injured soldier is currently receiving medical attention at the NAF Reference hospital, Port Harcourt where he was rushed to after the attack while Mrs Irobuisi is being held at the provost squadron’s office.

Mrs Irobuisi is reputed for assaulting military officers and was once suspended from the Nigerian Air force Officers Wives Association for the same reason years back
