Apart from the era of Bisi Onabanjo and Segun Osoba, Ogun has not been so lucky with governors..and inside Ogun, Ifo local council has been most unfortunate.
While Wale Adedayo, the newly elected Chairman of Ijebu East Local government has hit the ground running, his counterpart in Ifo, Kikelomo Delano has turned her wrath on the people..
Her first assignment was to demolish part of Ifo market and render the already vulnerable traders to more sorrow…
Besides, so many forces have been deployed on the roads to extort money from the people

Yesterday, their VIO stopped to demand for my papers. All documents were correct except the vehicle licence renewal which has been done, but not yet collected from Agege,…and I even showed the screenshot and text messages from Agege Licensing Office, on phone.
But the extortionist disagreed and removed my number plate, jumped into a combo bus and escaped to their office in Ifo council Secretariat.
All my explanation to their “Oga” at the office were futile as the young lady maintained I did not “show them the paper on demand”
She insisted on booking me and she did…then I paid, only for the gate to be locked against me again.
The loud guy at the gate also insisted I can not enter their den and then just walk away like that..I parted with 1k only to discover that one my tyres has been deflated…
I had to drag the car to a nearby vulcanizer for a rescue…
What a day!
This is definitely not how to serve the electorates…
Is this what they will unleash on us in the their “Yoriba Nasion?” That was the question Iyabeji asked
. I have not find an answer.
