SOKOTO GETS NEW ARMY BRIGADE COMMANDER
A new commander has taken over the command of 1 Brigade, Nigerian Army, Sokoto. He is Brigadier-General Ginikanwa Nwosu. A seasoned infantry officer is a member of Regular Course 37 of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA). He has held several command staff and instructional appointments including commanding officer 1 Battalion Nigerian Army which he took to UN mission in Liberia as NIBATT 12. He has Masters degree in Strategic Studies a…nd a member of the prestigious National Institute.
