Highlighting the remarkable influx of new members into the APC, which he believes underscores the party’s growing strength and appeal across the nation, Dalori emphasized that the wave of defections into the APC does not only reflect the public’s support but also mirrors the positive impact of Tinubu’s administration within two years in office.

Dalori maintained that the president’s landmark projects and initiatives have significantly transformed various sectors, showcasing the effectiveness of his governance. These developments, in his view, serve as concrete evidence of Tinubu’s dedication and capability to lead the country toward further progress.

Dalori emphasised that these achievements foster a positive outlook among party members and the electorate, paving the way for a successful re-election campaign for Tinubu in the upcoming year.

“We anticipate welcoming at least five more governors into our party. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has demonstrated impactful leadership and a purposeful administration that continues to attract both governors and members of the National Assembly from opposition parties into the APC”.

While commending the organisers of the event for highlighting significant accomplishments of Mr. President over the past two years, Dalori called on other support groups to emulate BAT Movement and continue to support the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration which has been able to mainstream the Nigerian economy into the globalized economy.

In his welcome address, Otunba Biodun Ajiboye, the convener and founder of the BAT Movement, acknowledged the political landscape’s challenges, marked by a relentless quest to undermine the president’s vigorous efforts.

While lamenting the untamed desperation that has marred the nation’s polity, Otunba Ajiboye disclosed that there are people who do not mean well for the country that are poisoning the minds of Nigerians against the present administration despite returning the country to the path of prosperity under two years.

He therefore encouraged Nigerians to remain steadfast and focused on the greater good the President is doing for the country and ensure that only the right leaders are elected to rule the country.

He described President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a transformational leader who maintains focus and drives his team toward achieving set goals.

“While we may not always receive widespread approval, it is essential to recognise that opposition may attempt to distract from our efforts. However, we are committed to steering Nigeria away from the conventional politics that prioritise personal gain over national development”, he said.

The event brought together esteemed dignitaries, including Hannatu Musa Musawa, the Minister of Art, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy; Zaphaniah Bitrus Jisalo from the Ministry of Special Duties; APC National Secretary, Dr. Ajibola Bashiru; and Dr. Lanre Adebayo, Director General of The Progressive Institute, TPI, Abuja as well as other prominent APC leaders.
