DANGOTE REFINERY HIKES PRICE AS PETROL HIT N1,050
By Olayiwiola Ibrahim // According to report, Dangote Refinery has increased its Petrol cost price to N995 per litre, marking a sharp N221 rise within 4 days.
This comes as a result of ongoing crisis volatility in global crude oil prices.
The latest price adjustment will trigger a fresh increase in retail pump prices across the country, with petrol likely to sell above N1,050 per litre in several locations.
Brent crude oil surged more than 10% to around $93 a barrel on March 06, the highest since November 2022*
At $100/barrel for crude oil, the pump price of petrol in Nigeria, is likely to cross the N1,200/litre mark.
