The Forum of Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of Federal Parastatals and Agencies in Nigeria has declared its unequivocal support for the re-election bid of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and has pledged to mobilise and deliver an estimated 10 million votes in support of his bid for a second term.

The declaration was made against the backdrop of the Forum’s conviction that President Tinubu’s leadership, courage, reforms and commitment to national development deserve not only recognition but also the collective support of Nigerians who have witnessed the impact and direction of his administration.

Otunba Biodun Ajiboye, Chairman, Media and Publicity Committee of the new pro Tinubu group in a statement made available to SECURITY MONITOR said the Forum believes that its members occupy a unique position to assess the performance of the Federal Government, having the responsibility of implementing policies, programmes and initiatives across the length and breadth of the country.

“We are not merely observers of government; we are practical actors in the implementation of government policies and programmes. We are on the field, across the states and communities, and therefore uniquely positioned to assess the impact of government. From what we have seen and experienced, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has demonstrated exceptional courage, determination and commitment to repositioning Nigeria.

“It is therefore time for us to boldly tell the Nigerian story from our own vantage point, to highlight the achievements of this administration and to proclaim the progress being made under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.”

The Forum commended President Tinubu for his bold and transformative leadership, particularly his willingness to take difficult decisions in the national interest and pursue reforms aimed at strengthening Nigeria’s economy, institutions and long-term development prospects.

It also expressed profound appreciation to Mr. President for the confidence he has reposed in the members of the Forum through their appointments as Chief Executive Officers of various Federal Government agencies and parastatals.

The Forum described the appointments as not merely positions of responsibility, but a solemn charge to serve the Nigerian people, advance the Renewed Hope Agenda and contribute meaningfully to the transformation of the nation.

The Forum further emphasised that its strength lies in its wide geographical spread and institutional presence across Nigeria. With over 400 CEOs and senior leaders drawn from Federal Government agencies and parastatals, members have extensive networks and connections across the 36 States of the Federation, the Federal Capital Territory, Local Government Areas and communities nationwide.

Consequently, members of the Forum have resolved to deploy their networks, grassroots relationships and community presence in support of the President’s re-election, with a particular focus on reaching the wards and communities where the impact of government policies is ultimately felt by citizens.

The Forum is determined to make a historic contribution to the 2027 electoral process by ensuring that its support for President Tinubu translates into visible, organised and measurable grassroots mobilisation.

Members have therefore been encouraged to take ownership of mobilisation within their respective areas of influence, engage constructively with citizens, communicate the achievements and vision of the administration, and contribute meaningfully to the President’s re-election campaign.

At the same time, the Forum recognises that the success of any political campaign requires coordination and unity of purpose. It has consequently expressed its readiness to work harmoniously with the Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) and other relevant campaign structures, ensuring that its mobilisation efforts are properly aligned with the overall strategy and direction of the campaign.

The Forum believes that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s second-term bid presents an opportunity to consolidate the gains of the Renewed Hope Agenda, deepen ongoing reforms and sustain the momentum towards a stronger, more prosperous and more globally competitive Nigeria.

Accordingly, the Forum calls on its members and all Nigerians who share this vision to unite in support of the President and contribute to the emergence of a Nigeria that is more economically resilient, technologically innovative, institutionally stronger and socially prosperous.

The message from the Forum is clear: we have witnessed the journey, we have participated in the implementation, and we are prepared to take the message of Renewed Hope from the corridors of government to the grassroots.

Ten million votes is not merely a number; it is a declaration of confidence, commitment and collective responsibility towards the continuation of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
