Kogi Governor’s Aide Ali Abdulraheeem Proffers solutions to Insecurity in the State
Comrade Abdulraheem stated this in an interview with news men in lokoja.
He said developed nations have evolved to tackle crime through value reorientation which is a preventive approach to crime and assured that plans are on the way to adopt the method in Kogi State.
He maintained that there will be massive campaign by various stakeholders on the need to sustain peace which is panacea to the development of the state.
According to him, factors that trigger crime will be addressed and also stressed the need for a Civic Development Centre to be established in the twenty one local government areas of the state for character molding and skills acquisition.
He called on stakeholders to cooperate with the State government by giving useful suggestions that will improve security and the quality of life and described a crime free society as joint efforts of individuals living in the society.
