KOGI: ’GOV YAHAYA IS SURROUNDED BY EVIL FORCES says Cleric

Prophet (Apostle) Gabriel Ajayi Ajagun is famous cleric amongst Kogi state grassroot Christians. Ajagun is the founder and spiritual father of New Church of Salvation, Isanlu Makutu in Yagba East Local Government area of Kogi State. Prophet Ajagun, a fiery cleric known for miraculous evangelism against witches, wizards, demons and all forms of evil beings was cornered recently by SECURITY MONITOR’s Special Correspondent, OLA SIMON in Lokoja where he proffers way of delivering Kogi state from spiritual bondage.

WHEN DID YOU STARTED EVANGELISM AND HOW?

Thank you very much. I have to first appreciate effort of SECURITY MONITOR to consider spiritual security as an important panacea to societal problems; the question you ask is very important and indeed highly interesting. It was a wonderful experienced that still baffles me up till date. I used to be a very terrible young boy in those days. My childhood life was characterised with all sorts of ungodly activities. Even thought, my father was a pastor I never believed in God. Therefore, I never lived with my father. I was brought up by my grandmother who was another terribly woman in our community. As a little young boy I used to follow masquerades and condemn the existence of God or anything preached by the Bible or pastors. I used to possessed dangerous charms. Indeed, I was a terrible young boy who never thought I could visit a church let alone be a shepherded. Although my father used to say that God has told him that I will still be born again.
I was a mechanical engineer and commercial driver, One day I involved in an accident along Okene. A very terrible motor accident that people thought I should have died. The vehicle was damaged beyond recognition. But nothing happened to me. Incidentally, the vehicle I was driven was purchased on instalment payments and since it was damaged beyond repair, I looked for people who helped me to beg the dealer. The dealer who lives in Ikare agreed to procure another vehicle for me but he said, I will have to wait for four months before getting the new vehicle. I agree and I was staying with him in ikare garage when on a destine day I met a lady who I wanted to befriend. I talked to her and she told me she can only agree to be my lover if I can follow her to church. I told her I never enter a church before since I did not believe in Christ. After much persuasion I followed her to the church and the ministering pastor at the church on that day announced that he saw a vision of a stranger in the church and that God told him that to warn that person to desist from ungodly acts. The Pastor further said that God want to use the person in question as a shepherd. At that time I was having terrible dangerous rings in my pocket. One of the rings is to force a girl into sexual intercourse. The second one is to fight and once you touch anybody with the ring in your hand the person will fall down repeatedly. The third one works for protection against all forms of evils. I had in possession of those three charms, unfortunately, the presiding pastor announced that the person in question should do away with all the charms in his possession and that failure to do so he will run into problem within a week.
To me, he was a joker. However, I was surprised that he could know I had charms in my body. That day I thought, it was all jokes and went home without dropping the charms. In the night I had a terrible nightmare that some people were beating me. They were beating me to the extent that I could not speak or stand up. That was all I could remember, the next thing was that I met with multitude of people gathering around me at a church and it was said that I was in comma for three days. And to God be the glory that was how I gave my life to Christ and started going to church

AS A PROPHET DO YOU BELIEF IN THE INSINUATION THAT THERE IS MORE TO RECENT DEATHS IN THE STATE?

Following the death of formal governor and APC gubernatorial candidate, Prince Audu Abubakar In the state, we have heard so many high profile deaths including that of former minister of Labour and productivity, James Ocholi and his family memebers. There are many unrecorded ones. I also heard that Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the Executive Governor of Kogi state lost one out of the twins recently delivered by his wife. All these are attestation to the fact that all is not well with the state. There are many evil hands in this state, without deliverance this state will not develop beyond its terrible state. I was in Lokoja recently to offered prayers for a famous politician whom I will not like to name, while I was praying I saw stains of blood all over the land and these were the secret deeds of the so called leaders but the Bible says whatever you do secretly is open to him. Kogi state is in dangerous problem and it is only prayer that can save the state from this predicament. If we do not involve in serious prayer to cleanse the state we will continue to sink into further problem.

WHAT TYPE OF PROBLEM?

It’s a spiritual problem. Many in this state involve in ritualism to get power. Many had killed innocent souls to clinch to power. The blood of innocent souls have been shed sinfully, it’s a sin before God. People who want political positions used another fellow human being as a sacrifice and unfortunately they are still indulging in this act till date.

WHAT CAN YOU OR OTHER MEN OF GOD DO TO SAVE THE STATE FROM THESE PROBLEM?

Except we change our ways. If religion leaders co-operate and offer prayers very well we can deliver the state. Unfortunately, some of the so called religion leaders are culpable. They have joined the bad wagon of blood sucker through their love for materials wealth. Many pastors and clerics patronize politicians because of money, even when they know they are evils. And until we confess and change our ways we will remain like this. I must tell you Kogi is very backward among the state of the federation. And situation will remain like this until we change our ways.

WE HAVE A NEW GOVERNMENT IN POWER WHO IS SAID TO BE PREPARED TO TURN THINGS AROUND. HOW DO YOU SEE THIS?

His Excellency, the executive Governor of Kogi state, Alhaji Yahaya Bello is a young vibrant politician who may mean well to the state, but he can not do it alone. He needs some other politicians and many of them are evils. The Governor as at today is surrounded by evil forces. And the evils forces want to push him until he too sinks into the grave. I am saying these because I want him to succeed. He should go and use his reasonable brain. He needs to ask for divine wisdom. Some people are around him to force him down. There are people who are deliberately lurking around him because they want him to fail and get him out of the position. It’s only God that can save him.
