The city of Lagos witnessed yet another edition of SECUREX WEST AFRICA, The Largest Commercial, Homeland, Cyber Security, Fire Protection and Safety Exhibition held in West Africa sub region. The program provided a platform to display state of the art product solutions, showcase the latest technology and educate the people of the current global trends within the industry. The three day program, held at Landmark Center, Lekki= Lagos between 1st and 3rd of March was indeed an avenue for security stakeholders from Nigeria and beyond.
The country, Director, Wilson Esangbedo told SECURITY MONITOR that SECUREX -WEST AFRICA is a yearly event aimed at bridging communication gap between Nigerian based security experts, individuals and biggest companies in the region requiring security products and services. Esangbedo who said 21st to 23rd March, 2017 has been scheduled for next year event at the same venue noted that series of lectures ranges from homeland security, corporate security to safer cities are specifically designed to enrich millions of visitors at the event as security is vast becoming a major challenge across the globe. He urges Nigerians to avail themselves with the opportunities provided by the organizer to acclimatize themselves with the salient security issues and solutions.
