The abysmal performance of the PDP led administration in kogi state is also reverberating at the ongoing Tribunal hearing as the ousted governor, Idris Wada declined to call on his acclaimed 41 witnesses after being cross-examined on “hot seat” in witness box and met face to face with the defense Counsel. A die hard supporter of Governor Yahaya Bello, Prince Abdulrahman Dan Asebe told SECURITY MONITOR in Lokoja that Wada has already “used his mouth to killed his case just like Chief Joel Agada who messed up his case recently”. The Ajaokuta Prince added that “Wada made u-turn and decided to closed his case against Kogi State Executive Governor Alh Yahaya Bello when he realized he has lost the battle”.

Dan Asebe who is also the Youth Leader Buhari Support Organization noted that “God’s grace is now working for the confluence state as the quality leadership of the APC led administration is already yielding results. The vibrant, outspoken and handsome business tycoon who also doubled as Youth Leader of Yahaya Bello Youth Vanguard hails the proposed refinery to be located in Kogi state describing it as the genesis of many good things to come to the state.

Yahaya Bello who was the runner up to the late Audu Abubakar in the APC gubernatorial primary election became APC standard bearer following the death of Audu. He contested the rerun election and defeated the then incumbent governor Wada. The decision Wada is challenging at the Tribunal. The case was however adjourned to 20th Wednesday April 2016.
