Keshi, Amodu’s Death; Footballers, Fans still in Shock, says Anosike as he Condoles NFF
The All Stars Intl. FC, President Mr. Kingsley Anosike paid a condolence visit to the Nigeria F00tbal Federation in Lagos. Anosike and some other members of the team were on condolence visit to the country’s football body over the death of two senior players and national coach.
In a release made available to SECURITY MONITOR by Publicity Secretary of All Stars Intl FC, Said Bolaji Eko Odeyale, the football association describes as collosal loss the death of Steven Keshi and Amodu Shuaibu. “On behalf of the club we commiserate with the families of the deceased football giants that left the scene to the great beyond. May their departed souls rest in perfect peace.”
All Stars Int’l. FC president and his entourage ware received by the NFF Chairman, Amaju Pinnick, others include, Barrister Seyi Akinwunmi, Alhaji Shehu Sanni and Mr. Mojeed Adegbidin, who is also the assistant general secretary of the Veterans’ Club.
It will be recalled that the two famous football giants, Steven Keshi and Amodu Shuaibu passed on few weeks ago after a sudden illness.
