NAKOSS ELECTION: Almaruf Suleiman Gets Royal Blessings
In furtherance of his familiarisation tour to stakeholders in Kogi state comrade Almaruf Suleiman who recently visited the Maigari of Lokoja Alhaji Mohammed Maikarfi 11, pledges his loyalty to constituted authorities.
He assures of his readiness to transform the student Union from its current stage of dependency to self sustenance.
According to him, the students constitute s larger proportion of the society with strength and age to their advantage stressing that a lot of innovation that can generate fund for the student’s Union will be considered.
Comrade Almaruf also promised to champion the interest of the entire students of Kogi State through consultation, lobbying and negotiation where necessary.
He appealed for the blessing of the royal father and promised to always seek his opinion for the progress of the state.
Responding, the Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji Mohammed Maikarfi the second, uged the contenders for the elective position to focus on God who is the giver of power.
He appealed to them to avoid thuggery and violence during and after the election.
The royal father maintained that politics requires patient, loyalty and ability to carry everybody along and wished him well in all his endeavour.
