Lion Club Donates Borehole To Abuja Residents, Promises More Community Projects

The President of Lion Club in Abuja, Taiwo Oyebamiji on Saturday led the members of the club to the commissioning of a borehole donated by the club to Masaka community in.igeria’s seat of power.

According to Oyebanji, the project in Masaka community was unfolded to the benefit of the entire community, salvaging them from the water challenge which had lingered for more than thirty years of not having access to portable water. This non-governmental project will to solve the water problem been faced by the community, Oyebanji said.

The project was commissioned by Multiple Council Chairperson (MCC) the No1 Lion in Nigeria in Person of Lion Chief Lami Ahmed NLCF,Pmjf, in his remark he appreciated the doggedness of Lion Taiwo Oyebamiji stating that since his assumption in office, it had being from one commissioning to another.

He further urged Lion Taiwo to keep the good work going and at the receiving end caution the beneficial community to make proper exploration of the project so it serves the purpose to which the project was sited in the place.

The leader of the Team Lion Taiwo Oyebamiji expressed joy to have the commissioned project during his administration as the President of the Wuse Abuja Lion’s Club. ” We thank God for the successful completion of this project and here we are today having it commissioned. More projects will be unfolded during this time frame that my administration will last. One thing I wouldn’t forget is to appreciate all of you that have stood behind me to making me succeed in this leadership race, I appreciate you all.
