Abejide Lauds Constituents, Vows To Deliver Election Promises In Kogi

The Newly elected member representing Yagba Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Elder Leke Abejide has expressed appreciation to the people of Yagba Federal Constituency for their support in the just concluded general election.

Engineer Abejide in a statement issued today in Lokoja said he was overwhelmed by the support and show of love displayed by the electorates who tropped out enmass to vote for the African Democratic Party in the election

The statement assured of his renewed determination to justify the confidence reposed in him particularly in the execution of the scholarship program for students as well as empowerment program for widdows and less privilege.

Elder Abejide in the statement thanked various traditional institutions, youths and women groups in the area and appealed to them to always bring useful suggestions  that will enable him meet their needs.

The Statement which described the election as free and fair commended the electorates for their sense of maturity.
