Medical Doctors Urge Government To Investigate Killer Of Their Colleague
By Shola Akinyele/LAGOS// The death of Stephen Urueye by yet to be identified persons has sparked off protest as medical students and doctors of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) stage a protest to demand for probe of the death of Urueye,who was stabbed to death hours after his graduation.
Urueye who graduated from the University of Lagos on Wednesday was attacked on Thursday by hoodlums who tried to disposes him of his valuables along LUTH in Idi Araba area of Lagos state.
The protesting medical students and doctors appeal to the management and government to take swift action in order to apprehend the perpetrators of the act, noting that such criminal act must not go undressed.
