Should we take a critical look at the political landscape in Ondo State as it stands, God has decided to return the suspended glory of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). The manifestation of this divine promise is at the polls come next governorship elections.
However, there is a cause for worry which is the ability of the PDP folk to make judicious use of this window by ensuring proper zoning of the ticket as well as guiding things through till the best man Otunba Bamidele Akingboye (OBA) wins landslide.
In OBA, PDP has a strong force and selleable candidate with realistic ideas the good people of Ondo State will easily key in to. PDP stalwarts should not give in to sooth sayers and confusionists who will either sell themselves cheaply to the ruling party for lack of credibility to win an election.
The ruling party already is a ticking time-bomb. It’s explosion cum failure of the PDP to produce a worthy candidate means a disasterous four years for the entirety of Ondo people. Our desired future lies in wait for us to jump on it.
Akingboye is the answer!!!
We can’t entrust our fate in the hands of these people who lack the dexterity to govern. OBA is equipped all round to turn the table on our woes as Ondo State people.
It’s high time we flew the PDP flag again in Alagbaka with Otunba Bamidele Akingboye as the leader and power of our bright Sunshine.
