RVERS WEST SENATORIAL DISTRICT: Dagogo Green Prepares To Serve His People
Dagogo A. Green was born and raised in a strong Christian family. He is the 4th child of a family of six. His late parents were senior civil servants from Green’s Iwoama Town in Bonny Local Government.
A young retiree from ExxonMobil and currently the Chief Executive Officer of DAROTEK GLOBAL RESOURCES LTD amongst others, Green studied Business Administration at the famous University of Port Harcourt, a chartered member of the Nigerian Institute of Management as well as the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.(CIPMN)
He was a leader in the house of God where he serves as a deacon as well as a vocal and strong community leader.
DAGOGO GREEN in an interactive session with SECURITY MONITOR offers to serve his people of Rivers West Senatorial : To be aDistrict.
According to him ” I want to be a catalyst for the emancipation of youth, women, the elderly and the downtrodden. I wisht to give adequate and good representation to my senatorial district. I have requisite knowledge and experience in making corporate laws, guidelines that are friendly and dynamic in nature”.
He added that ” as a retired Human Resource Professional, if given the opportunity, I will ensure effective legislation for my senatorial distric as well as be a watchdog to Executive arm of Government to ensure that they implement Government policies and programmes that will enhance local capacity, create utility to ease the suffering of my teaming supporters in my senatorial district”.
The All Progressive Congress, APC Senatorial aspirant vows to ensure judicious use of the resources allocated to his senatorial district for maximum benefits.
“I will sponsor bills that will strengthen the aspirations of my people as well as effectively perform all other oversight functions as stipulated by law”. He stated.
In carrying out this fundamental responsibilities, Green opines that “I shall allso ensure synergy with Local councils in sighting constituency projects.
Green promises to build and improve the Affairs of his constituency: Rivers West Senatorial District who are predominately fishermen and farmers.
He vows to align with various LGA leadership in his senatorial district not only to create Jobs but also ensure that Rivers West teaming youths are equipped with the right skills to be job creators rather than job seekers.
As a pathfinder for the development of the Youths, Women, the elderly and less privileged Green vows to embark on programmes that will meet the needs of all categories of people ranging from Empowerment, Educational, Sponsorship, Sports, Assistance through entrepreneurship and investments and many more.
