Kaduna PRACO Women’s Town Hall Meeting: Atiku Extols Wife, Princess Rukaiya Atiku Abubakar, Calls for Unity and Cohesion

As part of preparations ahead of the 2023 General Elections, the wife of the former vice president of Nigeria and Candidate of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), Princess Rukaiya Atiku Abubakar, hosted a town hall meeting in Kaduna State, to deliberate with party members and supporters towards mobilizations of electorate votes for her husband.

Town hall meetings is in consonance with the PDP campaign policy of people oriented political engagement which is geared towards bringing governance to the electorates at grassroots levels.

During the town hall meeting, Wife of former Vice President, urged electorates in Kaduna State to vote en masse for her husband and Candidate of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar to recover Nigeria from poor leadership.

According to her. Atiku Abubakar is the only candidate amongst others with the most notable experience, and capacity to recover Nigeria from the stranglehold of the failed All Progressives Congress (APC).

Reacting to the outcome of the town hall meeting, her husband, Alh. Atiku Abubakar on his official verified Facebook account expressed his satisfaction and excitement for the support and the sustained campaigns by women.

Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar who has been moving from State to State in his bid to sell his recover agenda to the people, thanked his wife, Rukaiya Atiku Abubakar for organizing the meeting and called on the people of Kaduna State to support and vote for him in the forthcoming presidential election in February, 2023.

In his remarks, Atiku promised to keep to all his promises made to the people as contained in his policy document, My Covenant with Nigeria.

He urged Nigerians to remain focused and committed to the new era of development and good governance, adding that his administration would be all inclusive and shall provide adequate security as well as revamp Nigeria’s ailing economy.
