Soludo has further underdeveloped Anambra State’: ADC condemns the reckless demolition of acclaimed illegal Structures without the provisions of viable alternative

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) is deeply worried over the current hardship meted out on the people of Anambra State by the Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s led Government since the last two years.. Chilos Godsent, ADC National Vice Chairman South East argues in a press statement sent to SECURITY MONITOR on Sunday.

According to the party, “Anambra State under the watch of Governor Soludo have submerged into deep Insecurity, Economic hardship and Political hooliganism which is seriously threatening the stability, viability and growth of business activities in Anambra State including the security of Life and Property’.

ADC condemns the reckless demolition of acclaimed illegal Structures without the provisions of viable alternative locations or sites for the peasant traders who relocated from some Northern States and Lagos State respectively, and yet cannot find Peace and protections in their Fatherland.

These traders, according to the ADC, who relocated from Northern States and Lagos State respectively has passed through several untold hardships. In view of the above, the wanton demolition of acclaimed illegal Structures without the provisions of viable alternative locations or sites by the Governor Chukwuma Soludo led Government of Anambra State is condemnable and therefore, must stop now.

“This deliberate inflictions of hardship and sabotage on the people of South East Zone by the various State Governments is unacceptable by the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
