Rotating Savings Group spreads joy at Tidzarelana Shelter Organisation

✓Christmas comes early to people with disabilities in Ndirande.
In the spirit of giving and kindness, the Rotating Savings Group made a heartfelt donation to the Tidzarelana Shelter Organisation in Ndirande, Blantyre on December 21st, 2024.
The generous gift brought smiles to the faces of people with disabilities residing at the shelter.
The donation, carefully curated by the Rotating Savings Group, included essential items such as eggs (4 trays), soya pieces (1 bag), ufa (50kg), sugar (2 bales), cooking oil (5 litres), toilet paper (2 dozen), masamba a tea (2 dozen), salt (4 packets), U Fresh (1 carton), and Potex (1 dozen).
As the group arrived at the shelter, they were warmly welcomed by the residents and staff. Emily Chatha, a young girl with mobility challenges, beamed with joy as she received the donation on behalf of the shelter.
Omega Gama, Laston Phiri, and Chrissy Teigeni, all residents at the shelter, expressed their gratitude to the Rotating Savings Group for their kindness.
Chikondi Chauma, the group leader of the Rotating Savings Group, emphasized the importance of giving back to the community.
“We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Our donation is a small gesture to show our support and care for the residents of Tidzarelana Shelter Organisation.”
Frank Banda, Executive Director of Tidzarelana Shelter Organisation, praised the Rotating Savings Group for their generosity.
