Abia Command Welcomes Course 34 Participants of the National Defence College Abuja on Geo-Strategic Study Tour
By Morris// Today, 10/11/2025, the Commissioner of Police, Abia State Command, CP Danladi Isa, received the Course 34 participants of the National Defence College, Abuja, who were on a Geo-Strategic Study Tour in Abia State. The team was led by the Deputy Commandant and Director of Studies, Major General K. O. Ukandu, and was received at the Command Headquarters, Umuahia.
The interactive session focused on key areas such as police duties, prevailing security challenges in the state, and operational strategies adopted to tackle them. These include both overt and covert operational approaches as well as collaboration with sister security agencies and engagement with the public.
The interaction provided an opportunity for shared learning, leaving the course participants better informed about policing strategies in Abia State and strengthening inter-agency cooperation.
