APC UNITY BOOTS AS FOLARIN VISITS ADELABU

By Olaywiola Ibrahim // A show of unity was on display in Oyo State’s All Progressive Congress (APC) as the Agbaakin Olubadan of Ibadanland and Oyo APC gubernatorial candidate, Oloye Teslim Folarin, paid a visit to the Honourable Minister of Power, Oloye Bayo Adelabu, at his residence in Iyaganku, Ibadan.

The visit has been hailed by Oloye Saheed Oladele, the Baàmèkó of Ibadanland and Oyo APC gubernatorial aspirant, who described it as a confirmation of Folarin’s leadership qualities.

Oladele emphasized that unity is key to reclaiming government in Oyo State and praised Adelabu for warmly welcoming Folarin.

He advised the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the state to learn from the APC’s display of unity, asserting that the party is poised to emerge victorious in the 2027 gubernatorial and presidential elections.

Oladele also expressed his readiness to work with fellow governorship aspirants, party leaders, and stakeholders, and commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his efforts in unifying the APC factions.

The move is seen as a significant boost to the APC’s chances in Oyo State, and a testament to Tinubu’s leadership in Nigeria’s political sphere.
