CENTRE CONGRATULATES GENERAL CHRISTOPHER GWABIN MUSA ON HIS CONFIRMATION AS MINISTER OF DEFENCE

General Musa’s elevation is a clear testament to a lifetime of honour, discipline, courage, and uncommon dedication to Nigeria’s peace and national security.

His distinguished record—especially his sterling leadership as Chief of Defence Staff—has consistently spoken louder than words.

His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the Nigerian people have once again demonstrated confidence in a man whose integrity, professionalism, and patriotic service remain unquestionable. General Musa stands out as a rare breed of officer—set apart from the pack, consistently guided by excellence, humility, and a deep commitment to national unity.

The Centre’s Board of Trustees and Management Staff celebrate this appointment, and we affirm that Nigeria is safer and more hopeful with leaders like General Musa at the helm of Defence affairs.
