NAFDAC ARRESTS MOSES NELSON IN LAGOS OVER PRODUCTION OF FAKE GOYA OIL

Key findings from the enforcement operation in Oke Arin Market, Idumota, include a large-scale operation producing counterfeit Goya Oil .
NAFDAC warns that legitimate Goya Oil is only available in original glass bottles from authorized distributors, while products in PET plastic bottles are fake and unsafe
Additionally, authorities arrested Moses Nelson for distributing adulterated and counterfeit alcoholic beverages.
At the illegal factory site, palm oil, coloring agents, stoves, and empty bottles were recovered .
