The Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara and his earstwhile political godfather and Minister of Federal Capital Territory, FCT are Set to Fight Dirty Over 2027. SECURITY MONITOR has learnt.
Governor Fubara have fielded aspirants on the platform of A.P.C. in all the positions in the state against that of Nyesom Wike who have also fielded aspirants across positions in the state both in APC and PDP
While Rt Hon Chibuike R Amaechi is yet to field not even one candidate in his African Democratic Congress, A.D.C, in Rivers State as to be able to take over in the midst of the saga. Political analysts in the state opine that Amaechi has no structure and he can not benefit from the political crisis that has engulfed Wike and the governor.
SECURITY MONITOR gathers that in an attempt to further destabilize the governor from achieving his political tactics, the Rivers State House of Assemble may again commence impeachment saga on the Governor this week
Wike has already fielded gubernatorial aspirants in People’s Democratic Party – PDP and in All Progressives Congress in Rivers State
The crisis between the governor and the FCT minister seems to be too difficult to settle with several failed attempts by President Bola Tinubu to bring the two Rivers gladiators together.
