By Olusegun Stephen/LAGOS//A Lagos high court in Suit No Solnik Nigeria Limited v. Amythorix Nigeria Limited has granted an injunction against the defendant who to the knowledge of the Claimant is not in physical or constructive possession of the property in dispute.
Speaking to our Reporter, Engineer Frank Briggs – the project manager of Amythorix expressed disbelief that litigation can sink this low when a litigant will knowingly use the name of a wrong party to obtain an injunction against a known party who was in possession of the subject assets.

“All protestations by us to the court including appeals have fallen on deaf ears as the Claimant is threatening to commit us to prison for a matter we know nothing about”, Eng. Briggs said.
