Elega Community Applauds Otunba Ajiboye Over Establishment of Cultural Academy

By Morris Nor// The Arugboro Chieftaincy Royal Family of Elega, in Oolo Kingdom, Oriire Local Government Area of Ogbomosoland, Oyo State, has commended the Executive Secretary/CEO of the National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), Otunba Biodun Ajiboye for his exemplary leadership and commitment to community development.

The Royal Family in a statement made on Saturday, May 2, 2026, on behalf of the entire residents of Elega Community, expressed deep appreciation to Otunba Ajiboye for establishing the Nigeria Academy of Cultural Studies (NACUS) in the area.

Describing the establishment of the Academy, which is expected to soon commence academic activities as a landmark achievement that will significantly promote cultural heritage, expand educational opportunities, and drive socio-economic growth within Elega and its environs, the Arugboro Royal Family maintained that the Academy has already positioned Elega as a community of growing national relevance, while creating new prospects for learning, cultural preservation, and economic advancement.
