IGP OLATUNJI RILWAN DISU, SERVICE CHIEFS ATTEND 4TH UK- NIGERIA SECURITY DIALOGUE IN ABUJA
By Olayiwiola Ibrahim // The Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Rilwan Disu, alongside other service chiefs, has attended the 4th UK–Nigeria Security and Defence Partnership Dialogue held at the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) in Abuja.
The high-level engagement brought together senior security and defence officials from Nigeria and the United Kingdom to strengthen cooperation on critical security areas.
Discussions at the meeting focused on counter-terrorism operations, intelligence sharing, capacity building, and joint strategies aimed at addressing evolving security challenges in both countries.
The dialogue also reinforced the commitment of Nigeria and the UK to deepen strategic partnerships in order to improve national security architecture, enhance operational coordination, and promote regional stability.
Officials at the event emphasized that sustained collaboration between both nations remains essential in tackling terrorism, organized crime, and other transnational security threats.
