“My Loyalty to Governor Yahaya Bello is Unshakable” Kogi SSG
The Secretary to the Kogi State Governor, Dr. (Mrs) Folashade Arike Ayoade has expressed total loyalty to the leadership of Governor Yahaya Bello, saying she can only show gratitude to the Governor through absolute loyalty and support towards achieving the New Direction Agenda of the administration.
Mrs Ayoade said recent happenings in party are “unfortunate, unnecessary and a deliberate calculation to distract the Governor from his landmark achievements and reforms.
“I didn’t know the Governor before he considered me worthy of serving in his government as Secretary to the State Government. For this, I owe him an incontestable loyalty and support. I am here to prove a point in loyalty and support as basis for success. Anyone that is fighting Governor Yahaya Bello is fighting me. I will always file behind my Governor who has shown great confidence and trust in me.
“The recent attacks on the Governor were orchestrated by people who are uncomfortable with the gigantic achievements our government is recording. The good thing is, the Governor has put his foot down without allowing detractors achieve their aims. Kogi State is on the rise and the New Direction is the way.
“I urge all the enemies of the Governor to stop fighting the will of God and the endorsement of the people of Kogi State. Let all join hands with us to move the state to enviable heights”.
Mrs Ayoade called on the people of the state to rally behind the Governor, saying the good days of democracy dividends are here. She said the administration of Governor Bello is prepared to transfer the state and make it one of the best in the country

The SSG also added that “Senator Dino Melaye is my dear brother, who brought me to the Governor to work with him and move Kogi State forward. I know he will not work towards making the Government his sister is the SSG to fail. I am believing God that the cordial relationship between them will be strengthened, and we will all move Kogi to an enviable State in the country by God’s grace”.
