The first rule of self-defense is to prepare your mind and body for self-defense, but most parents think self-defense education is not essential!

On the contrary, it’s one of the most essential education everyone must have.

Self-defense training and skills are not just to defend self against bullies or armed robbers but also applicable and useful for preventing casualties in domestic accidents.

Studies reveal that people who have physical self-defense education view their immediate surroundings in different light with perspectives on safety details and threat mitigation than those who lack self-defense education.
