NIGERIA POLICE ACADEMY PROCURES NEW MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS FOR CADET BAND TEAM

By Morris Nor// In a move to boost morale and promote cadet talents, the Commandant of the Nigeria Police Academy, AIG Patrick A. Atayero, MSc (UK), MBA (USA), psc, has today procured and presented a new set of musical instruments to the Academy’s Cadet Band Team.

The newly acquired instruments include:

– One (1) Tuba

– Two (2) Trumpets

– Two (2) Euphoniums

– One (1) Trombone

– One (1) Cornet

– One (1) Pocket Trumpet

– One (1) Alto Saxophone

This initiative is part of the Commandant’s continuous drive to encourage cadet development beyond academics and policing, by investing in creative and extracurricular growth.

AIG Atayero reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to the welfare of cadets and staff, as well as his vision to project the Nigeria Police Academy on both national and international platforms. He encouraged the Cadet Band Team to remain dedicated and make the best use of the instruments to enhance their musical skills and represent the Academy with pride.
