Ebonyi Government To Collaborate with AABE

The commission of Agriculture Ebonyi State  Rt. Hon. Bar. Emmanuel Ikechukwu Nwobo has said that he will collaborate with Association of Agro-Based Entrepreneurs.
The commissioner drop this hint in his he said in his office, at centenary city Abakaliki, Ebonyi state on Thursday when members of  the Association of Agro-Based Entrepreneurs paid him a courtesy visit.

The leader of the team Mr.Patrick Ede acknowledged the favourable policies and programs to the farmers initiated by the commissioner.

“Hon. Commissioner, we appreciate the privilege given this corporate Association to meet with you.
We are not also ignorant of the good deeds you have being doing in this state and we pray that God Almighty will continue to use you more and more for the farmers in this in Jesus name”.

The CEO of AABE Mr. Patrick appealed two things to the commissioner for Partnership:
To improve palm productivity by distributing one hundred thousand palm seedlings to the public through school children,
To establish and mentor young farmers club in public schools within the state.
” We plead your ministry to partner with us so as to achieve improving palm productivity by distributing at least one hundred thousand Palm seedlings to the farmers in the state through school children and to establish and mentor young farmers club in our public schools”, he asked.
The commissioner in his responses nodded to the both requests stating that his ministry would be available on programs that would benefit the farmers in the state. ” You can count on this ministry on you both requests because it has to do directly on the farmers”.

Hon.Nwobo who declared his office open for them at any time thanked them for coming. ” we appreciate you all for the bold step to come around with these requests and I wish you all safe trip back to your destinations, amen”, he wished.
