By Wale Abydeen/ LAGOS// The 84 years old Dr. Albert Ndule May be liable and be committed to prison for allegedly invading, disturbing and attacking occupants of a property in Alma Beach Estate in Lekki area of Lagos State. This according to SECURITY MONITOR findings is icontrary to an order of interlocutory injunction in favor of the rightful owner of the said property, Quartro Architects Limited.
In a contempt of court proceedings commenced by Quattro Architects Limited, the retired gynecologist who has been served a form 48 with his cohorts for flouting court’s order and judgments . This form notifies Ndulue of the consequence of disobedience to court order.
Ndule in a chat with Security Monitor acknowledged the receipt of the form which he said is being handled by his lawyer.
Ndule and his son were alleged to have attacked a property in Lekki and threatens the lives and properties of the rightful owner in connivance with some alleged hired thugs.
A court order sighted by Security Monitor depicts that Justice Sule Amzat of the Lagos Hight Court had on the 24th January, 2023 ordered Dr.Ndulue and two others standing as respondents in a case, marked; 11888LM /2023 to desist from from tampering with the property in question.
The court barred Dr. Ndule and two other respondents whether by themselves, their privies, agents, assigns, or howsoever called or the like from further acts of threats, trespass, disturbing, tampering or interfering with the ownership and possessive rights of Quattro Architects Limited on all that parcel of land measuring approximately
1309.555 SQ. MTS, situate at Alma Beach Estate, Ikate, Lekki, Lagos.
Abah Onah, a receiver manager who sold the said property to Quatro Architects Limited also accused Dr. Ndule of spreading falsehood, twisted narratives, blackmail and propaganda to justify his continued defiance of judgements of courts contained in some media outlets.
The embattled Dr. Ndule sounds confused and denied knowing Quatro Architects Limited. Instead, he shifted the blames on Nicon Trustees and Alma Beach Estate legal tussle which he claimed does not concern him.
“I took them to court but I don’t know how the judge ruled in their favour”, Ndule told SECURITY MONITOR in a telephone conversation.
Dr. Ndulue may therefore be walking himself to prison if he is found guilty of deliberate disobedience to court order as alleged by the owner of the said property.
