Salvation for All Ministries International joins the fight against hunger in Malawi

By Michael Martin/MALAWI// Apostle Clifford Kawinga, leader of Salvation for All Ministries International, has made a passionate appeal to stakeholders across Malawi to partner with the government in addressing the widespread hunger crisis.
The call to action was made during a relief program at Chitala Primary School in Salima, where Apostle Kawinga distributed maize and other food items to 3,000 residents from Traditional Authority Chotaika.
Malawi has been experiencing a severe hunger crisis, exacerbated by a devastating drought that has affected many parts of the country.
The drought has led to crop failures, leaving many families without access to food.
The situation has been further compounded by rising food prices, making it difficult for many people to afford basic necessities.
Salvation for All Ministries International has been actively involved in providing relief to affected communities. The Ministry’s donation of maize and other food items is aimed at providing physical nourishment to those in need, as well as offering spiritual hope and encouragement.
Apostle Kawinga emphasized the importance of collective action, stating that organizations, churches, and individuals sharing resources with the less fortunate could significantly mitigate the hunger challenges faced by many.
Kawinga’s appeal to stakeholders to partner with the government in addressing the hunger crisis is a timely reminder of the need for collective action.
Grace Chikalemba, one of the beneficiaries, expressed her heartfelt gratitude for the donation, saying it would sustain her family for several days.
The event began with a prayer session, during which Apostle Kawinga shared a message of faith and resilience, uplifting the spirits of the gathered community.
As the situation continues to worsen, it is essential that organizations, churches, and individuals come together to support those in need.
